Hiya everyone!

 

   October was a very busy month as there were so many cool events to cover. Fortunately this month is less busy so I can get some time to relax. :) Of course during November there are also a bunch of fairs and events going on but I'm simply not covering them extensively. In other words, don't worry. You'll still see new posts throughout November and I'll try to keep you update with everything that's going on in Second Life.

 

    Today I want to introduce you to a new event, the Xiasumi School Festival, which officially opens to the public on November 3rd. The festival is based on Japanese/culture school festivals and consists of ten themes: Haunted House, Maid/Butler Cafe, Food Stands, Sports, School, Shrine/Garden, Kawaii/Animals, Concert/Theatre, Dormitory, and Cultural. A variety of activities will be held throughout the event such as a talent show and a haunted house. It's also important to note that some of the money raised during this event will be donated to Japan Earthquake Tsunami Children.

 

   Today I'm wearing Cila's exclusive release for the Xiasumi School Festival, the adorable Cafe Princess dress. For more information on the Xiasumi School Festival, please have a look at their official website.

 

    I also want to let you know that Crow opened their new mainstore a few days ago. You can find there a variety of items, from fantasy skins and eyes to cute slink nails and shoes. Their new sneakers are so cute and you can find them in many different color combinations.

Today I want to introduce a new store to my blog, Appear, as it's the first time I'm blogging one of their creations. Appear is participating at Fashion's Story Fair with some 20s & 30s creations. I'm wearing Agatha, a magnificent mesh gown with emroidered vintage patterns. Agatha is one of Appear's exclusives for Fashion's Story Fair.

 



My choker & bracelets are by Iron Tiger. I have this set for quite some time now as I got it at the Jewelry Fair which took place a couple of months ago. I'm really happy because I finally managed to find an outfit to match it with. :)

Last but not least, have a look at my new nail polish, Confire by Pulcino. This vintage nail polish with the black lace details can be purchased for free as it's a lucky board prize. It's available at the little shop that Pulcino has at Kiyomizu Shopping Mall.

The end of October is approaching soon and I'm still wandering around different fairs & events to pick up everything that I like! With the fantasy fairs that are currently on I'm so much into fantasy looks this month!

Apart from Tales of Fantasy and Mystic Realms Faire, I also visited the Vintage Fair. I found this amazing mesh gown with a transparent skirt by BSD Design Studio. It's a very elegant gown for formal occasions but with the right accessories, Shoe Diva Couture, can be worn excellently as a fantasy dress!

Alaska - The Oracle skin by Lumae is a perfect match for this dress as her pink details look so pretty! This skin is one of Lumae's exclusive releases for Mystic Realms Faire and one of my favorite fantasy skins by Lumae!



I also picked a fantasy hairstyle, Thalia by Truth which comes with a crown accessory! I love fantasy hairstyles so much and I'm so happy with Truth's latest releases. They're marvellous!

Picture This! Poses offers some fantastic poses with props at Mystic Realms Faire which can be used with both fantasy and dark fantasy looks. Today I'm showing Stirling, a set of a violin, a bow and a variety of poses. Generally, if you're into props and in specifically fantasy props, I suggest you to visit Picture This! at Mystic Realmes Faire as they've done an excellent work. I grabbed a few more props by this brand and I plan to show them in one of my next posts. I only regret that I didn't get all of the releases they offer at this event. Hahaha!
Anyway, enough with my pose addiction. Before I go back to my real life, I want to say a few things about the jewelry I'm wearing. Hi everyone!

October is the month of Halloween so I was thinking that I should have a few Halloween posts. However, I'm still very much into the Candy Fair and its sweet creations.
Fortunately Sugar Button Boutique is offering the Creepy Sweet Dress at the Candy Shop. This dress combines both the theme of candy with Halloween!!! :)



My skin is by La Petite Morte and is an exclusive release for Candy Fair. It's available in several versions all of which have eye brows in adorable pastel colors.

Hello everyone!

 

I'm continuing to walk around the Candy Fair to find more candy sweet items to show you! For today's post the blogger Baby Direwytch (Punky) helped me as I wanted to show a friends pose. It's my first collaborative work so I was a bit worried. Thankfully Punky was very helpful and we had an excellent collaboration. Both of us are perfectionist so it took us quite some time to match our outfits and decide on the poses and the background. But in the end we made it and I'm very satisfied with the result.

Eat Me dress is the exclusive release Violent Seduction has made for the Candy Fair. It's available in several colors, all of which have the chocolate details you can see. To be honest, this dress is one of the items I was really looking forward to blog. Once the designer uploaded the photo on her flickr, I immediately fell in love with it and couldn't wait for Candy Fair to open so I can get it. I have a thing for girly dresses with bows and hair accessories so this dress is one my favorites in my closet. :) I also have to admit that before Candy Fair I wasn't very familiar with Violent Seduction. I knew it as a store that specializes in cute, girly and lolita creations but I don't think I had payed much attention at it. I'm so glad I got to know it more through Candy Fair. I had a detailed look at their mainsotre and their releases are simply wonderful! I'm pretty sure that I'll show it again at my blog. :)





My Vixen hair is the latest release by Truth and is available at Uber. The theme for this round is 50 Shades and is adult oriented. But, as you can see, Vixen is simply adorable with a cute look. ;)





Before I return at my real life, I want to introduce to my blog a brand new second life store, Miwa's Airship. This store is very fresh as it opened a while ago. It's still small as it hasn't released many creations yet but from the designs that are available at the moment I can tell that Miwa's Airship is very promising! You can find clothes and accessories all of which are cute, girly and sweet. Today I'm wearing the Cute Boots in Yellow. These beauties are available in several colors but the Yellow version can be purchased for free as it's a lucky board prize!

I have some awesome news! The Candy Fair is back in second life for its 2nd annual edition. As the name suggests it's a fair sweet like candy. :) Candy Fair officially opens today and it will last until October 17th. You have exactly two weeks to visit it, admire the adorable location and shop a few goodies. :) This year's Candy Fair is comprised of 2 sims: Sugar Rush and Candywood. More than 100 designers are participating and you can select among a great variety of creations such as clothes, poses, furniture & decor, accessories, skins, make up & hair. All of them offer some special releases designed exclusively for the Candy Fair.

Fortunately we bloggers got an early access so I had enough time to look around and select everything I want to share with you. Many thanks to all the designers who so kindly provided me with their items for my blog. <3
 

And now let's have a look at the items I picked up for today's post!
I'm very fond of decor and furniture that is showcased in Candy Fair. I have a thing for cute and sweet furniture so I was looking forward to see what creations are available at this fair.
One of my favorite decor items is the Cupcake Chair by Axix which can be found in a majority of colors.
HopScotch is offering a Cotton Candy Machine in 3 colors. If you click it, you'll receive some cotton candy. So cool, right?

 My Brias Skin in Cotton Candy is by .{yumyums}. . I am aware of this store for a lot of time now and I have blogged it in the past but I haven't checked out their creations for ages. I'm so glad I familiarized myself again with this store through Candy Fair as it offers some really adorable creations. I'm such a skin addict so naturally when I realized that .{yumyums}. releases skins I became super excited! Brias is available in several skin tones and every tone includes different options for eye brows, freckles and blush.

My outfit is the exlusive release of Moon Amore for the Candy Fair. Both the shirt and the romper are available in several colors.
